We offer a 3 Month Maintenance Plan, a Monthly Plan, and hourly rates. With the 3 Month Maintenance Plan, you will receive 1 hour of technical support to be used throughout the month to maintain and troubleshoot your system. The monthly plan, a less expensive option, provides you with 30 minutes of monthly support. If you need more support than included in the monthly plan, or simply don’t want to sign up for monthly maintenance, we can still help you with our hourly option. These plans provide you with the technical expertise necessary to keep your system optimized and operating at peak performance so you don’t have to deal with constant problems and end up having to replace your PC or devices.

We will:
- Send a certified Windows Computer Installation Technician.
- Be there within a 2-hour window you specify.
- Spend 10-15 min teaching you how to use your new PC.
